Returns & Refunds Policy – Folic

At Folic we want to ensure a clear and transparent shopping experience. Below you will find our returns and refunds policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The package must be unopened.
  • It must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must retain its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, returns of opened or tampered orders will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the return.

Returns sent without prior email request will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part (incorrect or defective product).


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new separate order.


Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason.

However, for the return to be accepted, the product must meet the same conditions listed above:

  • Unopened package
  • Unused product
  • Original packaging intact

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The process may take up to 10 business days from approval.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund.
