This document governs access to and use of foliclab.com (the “Site”) owned by Folicare S.L. and sets out the legal conditions applicable to browsing, interacting with and using its content and features. Product purchases are governed by the Purchase Conditions, which form part of the contractual framework and take precedence over this Notice with regard to contracting.

This Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the Site by users located in Spain/EU. If you access from other countries, you are responsible for complying with applicable local regulations. The reference language is Spanish.

3. Acceptance and modifications

Accessing and using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms. Folicare S.L. may modify them when necessary. They shall apply from their publication on the Site.

4. Site usage rules

You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and these conditions. The following are prohibited: introducing malware; systematic scraping; reverse engineering; use of the Folic Lab brand in a way that causes confusion; framing or mirroring without express written permission.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All rights over the Site and its content belong to Folicare S.L. or third-party licensors. A limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence is granted for personal and non-commercial use only.

6. Liability and warranties

The Site is offered “as is”. Folicare S.L. shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse or third-party technical issues.

7. Product information

Folic Lab products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Follow the instructions on the packaging.

8. Personal data protection

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie use is governed by the Cookie Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. For disputes, you may choose the courts of your place of residence or those of Madrid (Spain).
