Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)
Free shipping on all orders.
The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days from order confirmation.
During promotional campaigns, periods of high demand or circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be affected.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
We ship to these territories.
The shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated automatically at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to taxes, duties or customs handling fees where applicable. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If necessary, the carrier may contact you to arrange customs formalities before delivery.

Delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete details, repeated absence of the recipient or another reason not attributable to FOLIC, and is returned to us, we may charge the cost of reshipping before sending it again.
